Breaking the silence – what can be done in cases of sexual harassment, discrimination and violence?
After an introduction (what is sexual harassment, discrimination and violence? How do we encounter them?) we collect personal experiences and observations of the participants. Based on examples we analyse the dynamics of such situations, with focus on power structures at universities. Afterwards we discuss strategies for dealing better with similar situations.
Our goal is to provide the participants with more options to act on in private and professional settings.
