Office of Equality and Diversity

The Office of Equality and Diversity is the central port of call at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU) for everything to do with equal opportunities. To encourage equality of opportunity, FAU implements strategies aimed at ensuring compatibility between studying, working and having a family as well as gender mainstreaming and diversity management strategies. The Office also supports the women’s representatives in fulfilling their tasks.
