Internal Target Agreements

Target agreements

The overarching instrument in place at FAU for increasing the proportion of women in academia are the target agreements concluded between the Executive Board and the faculties since 2005. These target agreements are based on the structural and personnel equality standards of the DFG, statistics from the faculties and departments and a cascade model.

The following measures have been implemented as internal target agreements:
